    no hope you feel better

    put a washcloth in warm water and dab onto your forehead and temples

    and stay away from the laptop or whatever you are using :)

    I do not at the moment but try either putting a warm water wash cloth or ice cold, or even alternate. Lay still for a while, drink plenty of water. And drink Chamomile tea.

    Yes I had flu like symptoms this morning and now have a head ache. The other symptoms are gone so I can't complain.

    I had one yesterday and the day before that.

    If u live in The US take advil to cure the pain
