Pulling out baby tooth help?

Im 16 years old and im a late tooth loser so this has a lot of built up anticipation involved. My last baby tooth is finally loose and ive tried pulling it out but it hurts so much. Its ready but nothing seems to work. How can i get this out fast and painless? Thanks

The best way to remove a baby tooth on your own is to use your finger ( washed hands) and press as hard as you can tolerate for 10 seconds in one direction (toward your tongue) then immediately press as hard as you can tolerate for 10 seconds in the other direction (toward your cheek) Do this for several minutes through out the day and you will notice that it gets very lose for you to take out after a few days. It may hurt a little but it is the best way to get it out. Rubbing orajel around your gum tissues may help numb it if you are sore in the area.

  • If you have some Orajel at home, rub it on your gums before you try to wiggle the tooth out. This will make the area numb and if it's ready you will be able to wiggle it out without too much pain.

    Good luck!
