breathe deep and slow, don't hold your breath and avoid rapid shallow panting

Exit ON my back patio, have a smoke, and browse a chapter or two of my contemporary favorite sci-fi / myth novels. Or wait except my spouse and son go to bed, then sit down up for a pair hours and play video video games. The excellent solution to care for stress is to do anything that you experience or relaxes you - no matter what it may be. And if any person bugs you at the same time you might be stress-free, tell them to depart, you're de-stressing, but if they persist, then you definitely could need to discover a new spot where no one will trouble you for so long as it takes to eliminate the stress.
