I am looking for an old pbs tv show for kids where there was a man with a blue wetsuit style clothing and a moustache and was really healthy and active and always ate fruits and called them brain candy (I think). The rest of the characters were clay one a need one a fat candy loving kid and one a girl. The enimie was also a human and his name was robbie. What show is this?
