I had almost given up hope of judges using sound judgment any more, but this one has my vote? Your thoughts ?
This one didn't listen to the "Woe is me, I have had a hard life" pleas of a 15 year old would be rapist. He told him the unpalatable truth that the young man was basically a monster and sentenced him to jail.

The Jesuits have a saying. "Give me the child till he is seven and I will give you the man". So this lad suffered the most awful abuse through his formative years that would have caused unknown damage.
This will be revisited when the child reaches puberty so I find it hard to believe there were no indications that he was likely to explode emotionally.
He has to be locked away for the protection of his victims and himself but I hope he can access a therapeutic programme while he is inside.

particularly lots precisely what you reported... what are your ideas on the judgment seat of Christ and the great white throne judgment? It belongs to God. we are to no longer decide yet to enlighten to the gospels and saving understanding of Christ the Lord.
