Why won't people answer my Yahoo questions?

    You actually need to call AT&T to have this done. Actually remove the sim card and give them the ID. There's no other way. Just give them a call and you can be walked through the process.

    maybe no one knows the answer, maybe what you are trying to do can't be done. wish I could help, but I don't even own a cell phone.
