Can I take my pet bird to UK from India?

I'm moving to London in a couple of months so I wanted to know if I could take my pet sun conure with me. If I can, how do I? And how much money would it cost?

Sorry but the answer is NO ,at present no birds are allowed to be imported or exported from or too any other country due to "Bird Flu" regulations, You could en quire from a local vet or the British embassy , but the answer more than likely will still be NO.

DEFRA will not allow importation of any birds, while this situation is ongoing.
