Busterwa.. is most likely right but we can't be sure. Although the earliest known primates were post K-Pg, studies suggest they really originated earlier, in the Cretaceous. It is possible, therefore that early primates would've evolved in arboreal niches, unaffected by dinosaur dominance, and eventually, due to climate change, or other environmental changes, been able to radiate into terrestrial niches. We know that at various times some terrestrial crocs and mammals evolved reasonably large size even during the mesozoic. Had primate evolution ever given rise to toolmakimg forms, they could've eventually bested the dinosaurs just like humans eventually overcame large mammals. It is noteworthy that our ancestors were able to advance far despite the fact that they faced large non-primate forms which had long been dominant. I'm not sure but this might have been possible had the dominating forms been dinosaurs instead of probiscidians and other mammals.

We can speculate all we want, but in my opinion, if dinosaurs hadn't been wiped out, there would be NO humans. Perhaps some other intelligent creature, perhaps not. But humans only developed because our ancestors were able to survive and evolve, and mammals during the time of dinosaurs were not thriving as large creatures, but were confined primarily to ground-dwelling small creaatures. rats and mice equivalents, if you wish. It is of course possible that mammals could have developed forms that would compete with the dinos, but the disappearance of dinos made it waaaayyy easier to develop those forms.

When humans were first created we coexisted with all the animals, including the dinosaurs. There is a lot of evidence in stories of dragons and artwork that a few dinosaurs survived to within the last 2000 years.
