if you saw your picture on a website, what would you do?

The picture is of YOU texting while driving ... and not paying attention to the road and other drivers.

Demand royalties for using my pretty face without my permission.

That would be impossible - or an easily proven photoshop job. Anyone who actually IS stupid enough to text and drive SHOULD have their photo posted on the net, so that people either know whom to avoid, or so the police can prosecute them.

Actually (there was a news report on this recently), read the terms of service on facebook. Once you upload your content to their servers, they own it outright and can do with it as they please. In fact, they're probably on the verge of some type of lawsuit over it. May have to chalk this one up as a lesson learned. Otherwise, if this random site didn't have permission from facebook, you can attempt to contact the webmaster of said site and ask them to remove the image. Otherwise, legal action may be necessary.

i would take it to court because first of all i dont drive nor do i have a car or a lisence so someone is taking photoshop to the extreme and will be sued

I'd be upset that I didn't get to pose for the picture as I have a nice smile and like to show it off at any change that I get
