Two Marriages, One Was Anulled?

I obtained a Certificate of Nullility from my former "wife" because she had a previous husband and she had forged Docs such as the Cenomar.

She told me she has a fiance in the USA, and she will immigrate to the USA. he has 4 children registered in the NSO from 3 different partners. (Yes, it's all true)

With this history how would the US Embassy handle her application for immigration?

Update:

She has 4 kids.

She said fiance visa.

Update 2:

Overdrive. Noting your status as a TC, I would say you did not answer the question directly.

This issue here is whether she can immigrate with that history. It has more impact because she would take my son with her.

She's not going anywhere until the first marriage is annulled. If she submits fake documents they'll catch her and she'll be barred from the USA for the rest of her life.

You have nullified your marriage and if the nullity is legal, then you should let her go and find her love and her luck outside of you.

As to how the US Embassy will handle her application is not your concern, unless of course they call you for reference on the nullity of your marriage.

You both deserve to be happy with your new loves.
