Dating advice? Help!!!?

So, everyone in my grade thinks me and this guy should date, but we are just really good (and i guess flirty) friends. Everyone says we would look so cute, and especially because he is so much taller. Anyway we were at this girls pool (with some girls and guys) and the guys kept bugging me about it... pushing me in this guys lap, and throwing me in the pool. Are they just doing it to annoy me... how to get them to stop?
