How can I let google know about a virus?

I tried downloading the Google Earth Plugin for my PC twice and each time my computer said there was a virus attached/embedded in the Google Earth Plugin but I have tried really hard to find any information about letting them know right away and there is none except 1 long distance phone number/1 long distance fax number neither of which I can use and snail mail address but this is an important issue that needs to be address by Google but they don't seem to care enough about anything to have customer service numbers/email address. I might just end up using another search engine if Google doesn't get their act together.

    If you downloaded it from an official Google link - there's no virus. It's just that a file has been flagged up as suspicious by your security software because it doesn't recognize it.

    What you could do is report it as a false positive detection to your security software manufacturer or else set the program to ignore it and allow execution of the file.

    For another opinion simply upload the detected file to somewhere like:

    https://www.virustotal.com/en/

    https://www.metascan-online.com/
