How did women contribute to war effort and how were they affected by the worldwide conflict?

The woman also came out of there kitchens and start helping men out side,like working in offices,communications, factories etc.so men can go for battle fields.................and in the end you can see women is in every field of life with man side by side.

Sales people were all men before the war. During the war women also became clerks.
