Well, by definition, half the people have below average intelligence and half the people have above average intelligence. So, yes, half of 6 billion is a lot of people.

simple cause we are simply microbial organisms in the universe it's like asking why is a flee so stupid anything can be seen as stupid in accordance to the greater cosmos
