What authority governs evidence in washington state court?

I know that the Federal Rules of Evidence govern evidence in... well federal court. But what about a washington state court? Is there a "washington rules of evidence"?

    Yes, Washington State has it's own rules of Evidence. The Official abbreviation is ER and can be sited as Washington Rules of Evidence.
