Why people cheat when they dont like to be cheated?

Nothing can be more painful than coming to realize that the one you have loved with all your heart and soul is actually sleeping around with someone else. This is the time when a person only has one question which is why really drove their partner to cheat on them.

People cheat because of:

> Lack of Integrity (find a dictionary and look the word integrity up and think about this one)

> Selfishness (it's all about what they want even if it's at the expense of someone else, including that new and more exciting "friend.")

> Extremely low self-esteem

> Emotional Immaturity

> Lack of Self-Awareness

One thing almost everyone out there wants to know is that really makes people cheat even when everything seemed fine in the relationship? You see there are several factors which might drive a person into taking the dark route and cheating on his/her partner. This is the major reason why you must know the causes before it actually ends up happening to you.

Below are some common reasons for cheating....

> Cheating is seen as a form of excitement. Many people love the thrill of wooing yet another person into their lives. This is especially true among people who've been married for a long time. A cheating spouse wants to see if he/she is still has "it" and is seen as still being desirable.

> Sexual needs are not being met in their current relationship. Men and women who are not fulfilled in this area will often cheat as a means to have these needs met.

> Loneliness is often a motive for infidelity, especially for those who are married to a man or woman who has emotionally checked out of the relationship. If the emotional intimacy is lacking between a couple, then one partner may look elsewhere to fulfill this need in their life.

> The relationship just doesn't click anymore- Sometimes the relationship only gets boring with time when there is nothing new left to know about your partner. You see this is another time when one of the partner's starts seeking someone new because he/she just wants to try something new since the relationship is only getting boring with time.

> In many cases, you can catch a cheater in the midst of adultery who is simply trying to get revenge on his/her partner. This is just one of the ways that a boyfriend, girlfriend or spouse will express anger in their current relationship.

> Too much negativity- Often relationships start on a highly positive note but with time they just tend to go downhill and negativity increases like anything. This is the time when the partners start having a hard time dealing with each other and the friction only tends to increase with time.

> Lack of appreciation- This is one of the major reasons why a lot of people out there end up cheating on their partners. It is one of the most basic human needs and almost everyone out there has a desire to feel needed and appreciated.

> Protest - There are many people who consider that they are within their rights to have an affair particularly if there is no intimacy at home because they and their spouse are continually arguing over matters. These people will often seek understanding and peace in the arms of another person as compensation for the problems they are facing in their marriage.

> Fear of Intimacy - Some people have difficulty in coping with full intimacy in a married relationship. Many of these people, although they love their partner, simply want to distance themselves from the intimate side of marriage. A relationship with another person often achieves this end.

> Mid-life crisis is also a factor for a cheating - Notice how some guys in their 50's would tend to regress into a younger version of themselves? Grandpa starts to ditch his overhauls and suspenders in exchange for leather jackets and alligator boots.

Those are some pretty telling reasons why a person decides to cheat. They are already in a bad place before the cheating starts but the actual cheating is just the physical evidence that these people are not taking the time to care for themselves on a very deep, emotional, and spiritual level. And as a response they act out at a very critical time when they should be acting inward.

I think mainly because some people have a desire to have multiple lovers and they don't want to stick with one person. People argue that it's actually a genetic trait. Also, lust is stronger than love, and in a certain situation where they have access to someone they are attracted to without their lover present, they are prone to cheat.

im not sure but i dont think its to hurt anyone, i thnk we as humans dont really understand how we think in relationships. We live much longer now so think about it , to stay with one person for years n years is very hard. We are attracted to many other people in this life time.

Because they're selfish! But although they slight everyone, they don't like the taste of their own medicine when they get it back.
