How to fix crashing problems on Windows 7?
Multiple programs (including windows programs such as the explorer etc.) keep crashing on my PC for a period of time then they crash again. I've checked for viruses, malwares, rootkits and spyware and stuff like that, and I don't see any problems. And all my disks are 100% defragmented. I've also cleaned my registry. I haven't downloaded any softwares lately. This has just started happening all of a sudden so it's not because "my computer is old" or something like that. It has gone on for weeks. And changing to safe mode doesn't help a ****. Are there any other solutions except buy this, buy that.
@TWB: It's not the hard drive it's OS that's the problem. It works fine on HP QuickWeb and Linux, so cleaning it wouldn't help so much. Windows 7 is my favorite operating system and I really wanna get this problem fixed without changing or re-installing the OS, (since my laptop can't back up files properly).

Check the event viewer for clues. A likely suspect is something has been deleted by the Registry "cleaner" that shouldn't have been. They are dangerous if not used correctly. Think about it, a report telling you there is a missing reference to a shared "dll" file or type library shouldn't be deleted, it should be repaired. This has to be done manually, registry cleaners don't repair, they just report.
There is a free download program called "dependency walker" that finds and reports what functions are failing. You may have to re-register some files by using regsvr32. Here's a link to tell you about how to do it.

Upgrading to abode windows 7 could fix maximum of those issues. abode windows 7 has a much greater effective working gadget and is often a lot speedier and greater effective at processing coaching and documents. I surely have in my view got here across abode windows Vista to be particularly sluggish and painful to have on a working laptop or pc, and is in simple terms an rather undesirable gadget to have. Spending funds on Wondows 7 could be a great investment for my area, and it may be particularly properly worth your jointly as :).

This could be a heat problem. When was the last time you cleaned it. Get a can or two of compress air and search you tube on how to do it. If it is a laptop, you will just be blowing out the vents and fan. If it is a desktop, you can do a bit more.
