What's a healthy alternative to lunch in summers?

Question

I am in Delhi, India, temperature has crossed 48 degree Celsius. I stay alone, I can't cook (I am very bad at it), so I don't bring anything in office for lunch. I have to go out in so hot weather to have lunch. Is there something that I can prepare or order everyday, which is cheap (in between 30-40 Rs per day for lunch only) and healthy too...normally I order Thali at nearby hotel or dhaba , which costs this much...Please help...

Thali as u said is a nice option....
And there is nothing which could be an 'alternative' for lunch. Nothing can replace breakfast lunch and dinner. Remember to drink lots of water (12-13 glass). U can eat friuts but that can obviously not serve u as lunch. Eat healthy, stay fit....! If that thali which u order has some dal, roti and veges and is tasty then i dont think that u need anything else.... U can even have some chilled fruit juice with it coz obviously no one would like to have tea or coffee in Delhi at 48 C....
