Am i Liable for a back glass of a car mart car that shattered due to a frozen hydraulic?
I bought an 02 trailblazer from car mart 3 days ago and yesterday the glass shattered when i tried to open it because the hydraulic on the left was frozen. I took it to the salesman that sold me the car and showed him the glass wouldn't open before it shattered and the assistant manager said that I had to fix it but i do not see why.

what does your warranty say?
after that, look into state law where you live.
