If you have the drive, determination, and passion for art, then yes, you can get into an art school and succeed. If you were already an 'expert' at drawing, then you wouldn't need to go to art school. That's why you're going to school in the first place, so that they can teach you and help you improve your skills.

You do not need talent to get into art school.
You ONLY NEED MONEY.
Oh yeah, AND TIME TO DO IT.
You don't learn it like a sponge by just taking a class. It takes HUNDREDS of hours to get good at it.
That might be why you suck now.
Art school won't help you with better Time Management.
Art school is a business that teaches people how to draw.
NOTHING more.
If drawing makes you happy, but you are crap at it, then yes. Go to art school, PAY ATTENTION, and practice practice practice what they teach you. IF you draw and sketch the concepts the school teaches, you will learn how to draw.
NOW, that said.
Will art school allow you make money as an artist?
Yes.
Will art school make you a successful (money-making) artist?
NO.
Just because you will learn how to draw will not make you a successful artist.
I know people with Masters degrees from Art Colleges who still work other jobs, because they do not sell enough art to support themselves. And they now have a VERY large collection of art that they have made but have not been able to sell...
So be aware of what your goals are in going to art school.
Art school will teach you how to draw. NOTHING MORE.
To learn to be successful selling what you draw will require Business, Marketing, and Sales courses, which the art schools generally do not offer.

Art school will hone your skills and make you better. Nobody is a very good artist in their first year so don't worry about it. I went to art school and I can tell you that the most well rounded people I know graduated from art school. It will teach you critical thinking.

so what ! .. it will help you to become good artist and more qualified . as a basic : if you like something and you're happy when you do it and you practice hard , you will be amazing in it even if you're not talented . trust me , you already have the power ( this is more important than talent ) just keep working hard in it .
