should i just tell her already that i like her??

im done trying to figure out if she likes me or not, we text and talk alot on the comment section on instagram.....idk y tho, but then the next day we dont even talk to each other, i mean i get suler nervous around her thats why, idk about her reason, should i just tell her i like her, its pretty much eating me up inside
