So two weeks ago a company named Nielsen contacted me about my job application I put in. Everything went fine for the phone interview, but last week I had a video interview with one of the managers. And everything seemed fine as well. I was told I was to be contacted soon , which was pretty much last week. I contacted one of the HR people to follow up and see if I missed any steps. They said they have been really busy and will call me later that day. This was on Monday and today is now Friday. I called and left a voicemail but they never responded. I understand if they are busy , but I mean Still you can’t just leave people hanging. So what do I do from here just wait?

I bought an iPhone XR at a store may Be about 6 months ago. I should’ve been on alert when the seller was saying the phone was unlocked, but not to reset the phone. Anyways I moved from att to Metro PCS and while trying to get the SIM card to work, they said that the phone was blacklisted. Which is weird because att took the phone and I was able to use their services. What can I do? Go back to the store? I know that Indian guy will try his best not to return it, especially after 6 months.

I was In an accident last week , and the other person insurance is sending money for a new car since apparently my car was put a total loss, which was drivable it was just the back bumper destroyed. Anyways. they put us in a rent a car and specifically told us we have 30 days if we need it to be able to drive it. Now since they said my cars a loss they need it back by tommorow. And were like that was the original plan, but since its now at a loss, we changed our plan basically. Should I fight this? I thinks complete bs of what they're doing. It was their fault , and they're putting me on the street andi. Need a car to get to work.

I got in an accident last week. The other person's insurance put them at fault and decides to pay for our damages. They provided us with a rent a car and were sending a check to a collision shop to repair ny car. The shop calls us tell us the damages were too much. Which sent us back to the insurance where they told us they will give pay off the rest of the car payment on our car and the remaining money be used to purchase another vehicle, which isn't that much, also are wanting to take back the rent a car. Is this right. What can I do now? I feel they are taking advantage somehow

So let me clear this up. I was going to make a right turn at a stop. I was going the limit but the light started to turn yellow , so I pressed on the break a little hard because I knew I wasn t going to make it. I was also at a do not block the box intersection so I couldn t just go on red, or stop on or near the box cause that would be illegal. Anyways all of a sudden I hear a horn , then a big crash into the back of my car. She says it s my fault but I told her I had to stop before the box when it was about to turn red because it was illegal to keep going. The cops were involved but I would want to see who isn t fault here.
