Hit a wall in my Guitar Theory.?
I guess what I'm trying to ask is, I've learned all notes on guitar, what would the next steps be? Learn chords? Scales?

The next step is to get lessons with a professional guitar teacher. There is no substitute for that. Good luck!

I don't know what you mean by “guitar theory” but learning how to hold the guitar and the pick, how to fret strings and how to play a few basic chords are usually the first step. Along with that I'd expect you to learn a basic C major scale in the first position, how to read really simple tunes from standard notation and some basic picking patterns.
I don't really see the point in knowing where all the notes are on the fretboard unless you can play the guitar.
I think you need a teacher!
