How will obamacare work?

To understand Obamacare, you have to review it's history:

a) Obama didn't create Obamacare: Bill Clinton did....in 1992....and called it the Affordable Health Care Act ( AHCA---which was supposed to follow into law after the Family Medical Leave Act ( FMLA ) did ). But the Lewinsky Scandal forced Clinton to pretty much defend his own freedom--which ended in his Impeachment.

b) Clinton, ever bent on getting his AHCA into law, discovered Barack Obama--a Democrat brazenly crazy enough, IF elected POTUS, to ram force AHCA into law ( which as Obamacare, he did exactly that ). A hand-shake "Devil's Deal" between Clinton and Obama was made; we know the rest of THAT story.

Communist patriotic socialists support Obamacare---citing how "well" similar health care models work in the U.K., Canada....and even Russia. What Obamacare supporters rather you don't know is:

a) What was the last war Canada had to repay for being involved in? I can't think of any.

Currently, the United States is in debt by some 6 TRILLION DOLLARS, for TWO WARS ( Afghanistan and Iraq ). So, Canada CAN afford a Socialized health care plan----the U.S., as we rapidly NOW see, can't.

b) Russia, who went broke after picking a fight with the "army" that later became Al-Qaeda--is THE largest populated country on Earth. Even with Russia's lagging economy, they barely can afford socialized health care---what the hell makes you think the U.S. ( we're the FOURTH largest country on Earth, by the way ) can???

OK---now we got THAT behind us, let's see HOW Obamacare purportedly will work:

a) Employers are FORCED to buy every employee their own health care insurance. This alone panics employers:

1) They're ever fearful how Obamacare is going to cut into their business overhead profits---which is why we're seeing PRICE GOUGING everywhere----even up to the gas pump. Is this really necessary? No--but trust me: Employers are LOVING how they're getting away with this.

2) Say good-bye to the full time worker; Obamacare costs too much for them to stay on payrolls. Say hello to FEWER PART-TIME workers ( this produces blooming UNEMPLOYMENT to alarming levels ) who will be exhaustively overworked--and it further creates an even MORE hostile work environment than before political correctness ( another Clinton creation ) did 25 years ago.

3) Oh...almost forgot....you, the overworked PART TIME employee?? Well.....bad enough your paycheck shrinks----but you'll also pay MORE in taxes!! Because guess what??? YOU wind up paying for FREE health care for those Welfare Kings and Queens---and their "chirrens"....LMAFO!!

Say good-bye to local small town business. Watch Corporate America scramble to smuggle out cash to avoid paying taxes, when they're not busy finding another CHEAPER country to set up shop in.

You won't see the elitist riche oppose Obamacare---it's a blessed cash cow for them. Sad, however, the population of America's poor, homeless and hungry grows. THIS IS the "progress' Obama sold people on; he assured the right corrupt people THEIR bank account(s) will flourish.....you and I are NOT any concern whatsoever.

From what I have read it will be similar to the Canadian system. Everyone will be charged a small percentage of tax on their payroll income and it will all be put into one big pot and used to give everyone free health-care in the country even if they don't work.

The doctors don't like it because it puts caps on what they can charge for their services and the insurance companies don't life it because it takes the money out of their pockets and puts it into the governments plan to cover the masses costs.

The insurance companies plans will only be in pay for things above and beyond what the universal health insurance does not cover. It will have limits on what it covers and what it does not.

For example, for everyday medical needs there will be coverage but if someone wants something like plastic surgery (elective) that is not medically necessary it would not be covered by the government plan, you would need to get that paid by the HMO's.

It is both good and bad, the Canadian system has it's issues too.

No one likes to pay more taxes but for those that can't afford medical treatment or insurance it is good as they will have free medical and will be able to stay healthier thus preventing it from costing more when it becomes life threatening.

Every working person will pay into the system so that everyone will be covered by Health Care.

Taxes will assist those who are needing help.

It won't be a perfect system BUT it sure is FAR better than anything we have had in this country until now.

More individuals will go for early diagnosis and that in itself will save Billions in the long run.

Emergency Rooms will no longer be overwhelmed with Patients who should be taken care of in Dr's. Offices. An other reduction in medical cost.

Now we have to work on the cost of Medications. We are getting ripped off by Pharmaceutical Companies. Too many people go to the Dr. but won't fill their Prescriptions because they cannot afford to.

Why not read the Obamacare website. That will tell you what you should know. You are required to be insured by January, 2014. In October you can buy insurance from your state exchange. Next year you get a tax credit that can be used to pay your monthly premiums, which will be based on a percentage of your income.

Short and simple it will not work.

It has made many companies shorten the hours that their employees work and make the employee pay more in insurance for their health care.

I went from 30 plus hours a week to under 25 because of the new health care laws that are under obamacare. Same thing has happened to others that are in the company I work for.

The health care my wife has with double to triple because of it.

Assuming you're not trolling, the best answer is to watch Fox. They're the only ones who will repeatedly tell you the truth about Onadacare.

Basically they force you to buy their healthcare. It really isn't even universal healthcare. It is a way for big medical companies to line their pockets.
