No. Why would a team sabotage itself? That'd be stupid beyond belief. With any 2 drivers one will usually be better, that's normal. It's not hard to understand. Root for Massa if you like but be realistic. He's the underdog. Team orders will favour Alonso of course as he is the better driver.

Highly unlikely. Every team wants both of their driver's to be as competitive as possible to finish the best they can to gain as many valuable constuctor points possible. Massa just isn't performing on the track like Alonso is at this point.
