How to promote a start up networking / technology forum?

I have just started a networking / technology forum of which I would like to start promoting. Do you have any advice? I am targeting a rather small niche of Enterprise Networking. I believe that the small niche may attract less people, but with more passion and knowledge in the subject.

Does anyone have any tips for promoting my forum? Thanks in advance :)
