No, water is not the only substance that increases in volume when frozen/solidified. In fact, all liquid substances increase in volume, but I'd suggest not freezing any cooldrinks with gas, it makes a big boom when its opened. Other substances like metals and sulphur won't increase in volume since it is already in a solid state. Gasses can solidify, but you'd have to get them into a fluid before freezing them.
