WOULD U LET UR FRIEND(S) DRIVE UR BRAND NEW CAR?

Let's say a brand new 2013 Camaro that you worked really hard on to convince your parents that you will take care of it?

Unless you really trust your friends I would suggest you don't let them drive it. That's insanely awesome that you're parents bought you a new car, and you should be the one to enjoy it. I know when I bought my first new car two years ago, I wouldn't let anyone near it. Of course I was the one paying for it though. But it's still very valuable to me so I would definitely not have wanted my friends to drive my car; they might have been upset, but sometimes friends won't let you do the driving if the situation was reversed.

Absolutely not. Your parents will have insurance on YOU as the driver, not your friends. If there is an accident, the insurance company might try to deny the claim because someone else was at the wheel. This would be an economic catastrophe for your family, requiring lawyers and maybe losing all your savings.

You don't have to give any reasons to your friends, but if you do, just say that it's an insurance requirement that only you or your parents are the drivers.

Not a chance, unless we were in a desert and I had both arms bitten by a rattler, and they were swollen to 5 times their normal. Then I would get a switch and swat him every time he did something I thought was not good to mah baby. He wouldn't know that I had an ejection seat installed and if he made some smartass remark, I would shoot him 150 feet in the air. Dang Right
