Obama usually blames Republicans or Congress for everything...and yes, it's highly stupid to send billions of foreign aid to countries like Pakistan when they were doing things like harboring Osama bin Laden or attacking Mumbai India. We should just stay out of Syria, because we don't know WHO the good guys are and who the BAD guys are.
