Who has the cheapest phone service for a Samsung Galaxy?

Well I'm thinking about getting the Samsung Galaxy 3, since they're cheaper at Best Buy now. All I really need it for is texting, and internet. Who has the best deals? I would appreciate the help. Thanks!
