Should this guy have his guns taken away?

Clearly crazy, definitely violent. Will the NRA defend his actions, or is attacking a politician with a biological weapon too extreme even for them to rationalize?

I think the NRA will argue that since guns don't kill people, and this guy didn't use a gun, he should be allowed to keep the ones he has.
He hasn't shown he's dangerous WITH guns, so the NRA will probably defend him.

Don't be dense.
Of course the NRA doesn't condone this type of action
And whoever sent the letters WILL have any firearms confiscated. If convicted, other things will be taken as well.
Like their right to vote.

If they find him and he is convicted they will. And the NRA won't say a word because they agree that felons should not own guns.
But you're missing the issue.
If Government pushes too hard against people's rights....... people will push back. And that is exactly the message here.

The NRA has never supported criminals access to firearms.
If tried and found guilty he should be in jail. They don't allow inmates or felons to have guns.

This can be determined only by due process. Something liberals, Democrats and other communist fans find too inefficient by appearances.
