Probably Iron Butterfly's "Butterfly Bleu" (1970). One of the earliest examples of a talk box being used in rock, predating Peter Frampton's "Do You Feel Like We Do" and Joe Walsh's "Rocky Mountain Way" by several years...
"Butterfly Bleu"...Mike Pinera and his talk box make their intro at around 12:40.
But I'd strongly recommend watching the whole video...fantastic jam;

Probably Do You Feel Like We Do, by Peter Frampton.
BQ: I love Tool, a lot, and Jambi is a classic, but even 10,000 days isn't as good as Lateralus :D
