If you have hearing loss - see your GP - ask for a hearing assessment. You will be referred to the local NHS hearing clinic.
You get tested to find out how good or bad your hearing is - tinnitus is often caused by hearing loss. If you have bad loss then you qualify for NHS hearing aids. Use them and there is a very good chance that the tinnitus will fade away when wwearing.

There are no cures, but there are some treatments available. Make an appointment and talk to your Doctor about this.
