Help me find this guitar chord progression? (10 pts.)?

I know it starts off with Asus2, then goes to F#m, E, then ?, then into Asus2 again.

Then it does F#m , E, then a D?,

I can't figure out that question mark chord. Can you guys help?

I know it's in standard tuning. I looked at tabs and they all sound wrong. Can you help?

Update:

The regular D just doesn't sound right, neither does Dm, or a Dsus2. I'm so lost right now.

Update 2:

The second time around it does sound like a D, but the first time it doesn't.

depending on the song, from the d, add a and e, don't sound too bad.

It's Dm7. One reason it sounds weird is that she sings F# over it. F# is part of a D major chord, but it clashes with the Dm7.
