I'm afraid Vanganuru has missed the point. NaCl will produce a precipitate with BOTH Pb(NO3)2 and AgNO3 since PbCl2 and AgCl are both insoluble in water. What you want is something like Na2SO4. This will produced a precipitate with Pb2+ ions but if you are judicious with the sodium sulfate solution, you won't see solid Ag2SO4 because it is more soluble in water.
Another possibility is to add KF solution to Pb(NO3)2 and AgNO3. You will see a precipitate of PbF2, but not AgF since AgF is very soluble in water.
Solubilities at 25C
Ag2SO4 .......0.31 g/100 mL
PbSO4 .........0.00425 g/100 mL
AgF...............180 g/100 mL
PbF2 ............0.064 g/100 mL

For Pb(NO3)2 it is NaCl.
For AgNO3 it is also NaCl.
Source(s): Google chem 12 data book let and click the first one that says PDF Then go to page 4 of 8 and use the table to know the precipitate of a whole bunch of substances.
