Are australian people have too much ego than u.k. People?

No, Australians are more self-aware, so they won't let others walk over them, they're hardly ever ego-trippers though, usually they're very reasonable, and nice people though.

The British are usually still very stuck in 'class-culture' so there's a lot of hierarchy, and rules they stick to.

Its us people with dual nationalities who are able to double our egos.
