Stopping unwanted mails

yahoo automatically sorts out mail and sends spam to your spam folder, but some do get thru. What I do is,as I get them, I click on the spam button, and you wont see that one again. When I open my mail and go to inbox I just delete all the spam with the trash can and not even look at it.

Block an email address:

1. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the window, and select Mail Options from the menu that appears.

2. In the left pane, select Blocked Addresses.

3. In the Add an address field, cut and paste or type the email address of the person from whom you don't want to receive mail from.

• To block a domain: Enter just the domain name in the "Add an address" field. For example, to block emails from all @sample.com addresses, enter "sample.com".

Click the "+" (plus sign) button at the right of the list.

The address (or domain) is added to your list of blocked

addresses.
