What am I doing wrong? My 3DS XL can't read my video on the SD?
I have got a 3DS XL, and I have been using it regulary. Then I learned that I could play videos on it, great. But out of 17 videos, 1 always refuses to play, not matter what I do.
I've made sure that all the videos are less than 10 minutes long.
I've converted all the videos to .AVI files, using format factory.
I've made sure that they all all named correctly (HNI_xxxx - with the x's representing a number).
I've made sure the aspect ratio and the video size is correct.
I've even put them all in the DCIM folder.
What am I doing wrong for this video?
Please note that the 3DS does NOT support mp4 formats currently.

The video may have been an unsupported format.
Try converting the video into the .AVI completely, which you haven't done.
Check the converted file.
