How to Unlock Android Phones after Too Many Pattern Attempts with disabled usb tethering setting and wifi off?

That will still not solve everything but start there and then go through the bullets below.

Some workarounds to try before reading ahead:

1. try entering null as password. (together with your google username)

2. try entering your username without @gmail.com

3. Combine 1 and 2

4. Call yourself from another phone, answer, without hanging up press the home button, then menu button, settings, try to disable pattern-lock

5. Call yourself from another phone, answer, hang-up, directly after hanging up start pressing your buttons like a madman for <30-60 seconds ending with your home button (might take a while to get the timing right). Go into settings and disable pattern-lock.

6. Try the normal recover password routine from GMail.com and start over from 1.

7. Perform a factory reset. YOU WILL LOOSE all not-synced DATA (SD card will be left untouched).

1-6 are possible workarounds, these doesn't work for everyone but can be worth a try to avoid factory reset. 6. is what should work but hardly never does. 7 - The factory reset always work

I just have the same problem with my phone. I've tried to call my locked phone from other number but they only get through voicemail. but thinking that it may use the same principle which when in a call mode we could able to open the wifi menu, i FINALLY DID IT! TRY THISS!

1. punch the emergency call button

2. enter '911'

3. in a call mode quickly swipe down the menu and choose wifi (u must within a connected wifi zone)

4. drop the call quickly (cause u don't wanna make false emergency call)

5. enter your gmail password and you're done!

Been trying every solution posted here, none worked. Then I had a bit of inspiration! I had changed my Google password in the hope that would work, but of course had to change it on my iPhone as well. But it didn't like the new password. Then I recalled I had to use an app password.

Go to https://security.google.com,/ click on Settings next to App passwords, at the bottom create a new app password as Other (Customised name) and click generate.

Use the password generated as the password on your Android device.

to unlock u r phone try these steps

1 if u have balance on u r sim then press start button and click on data netwrok mode open u r data

2 try with u r gmail account which one u use for play store

3 and then press sign in wait a moment and its done

(too many pattern attempts) i have to sign my username and password but i forgot it ,and I try to connect to my computer but the usb debugging . I hope that anyone can help me to fix this

1# the WiFi is Turned OFF

2# Mobile Data is ON with no balance/data

THEN,

CANGE the SIM [of same Carrier] with balance/data

OR,

Reload balance/data of the original SIM.

THEN,

type in USER NAME [without "@gmail.com"]

type in PASSWORD

SIGN IN
