This is a mission for me but now its for you too. I have got a charger which was earlier connected with wire but now it is my goal to convert into a usb charge i have detached female usb port which i earlier dettached from a usb charger. The problem is the port has four wire hanging out of it but the other charger has only two output where should i connect it??? Help pls...

not all usb cables use the same colours inside so you cant really tell which is what, you will need a measuring device and check the signals for each one of them or buy usb connectors and do it yourself, you need to know the order the cables are inside from right to left, the extremes are the power and middle ones for signal...

Nooo. Don't mess up with those wires, it may fry diods., I cant really help without looking at those wires.
