My Girlfriend had the option to stay with me longer but she didn't take it even tho she always says to me I want to spend more time and stuff with me,I don't know how to say it hurt me? She said She hopes I forgive her,But like I would do anything to stay longer with her and for her not to bother annoys me...I need advice please!

Well.. um.. you can try talking to her.. even if you don't want to, the easiest way is to tell her exactly how you feel and what you think.
