Which processor is better for gaming?

the Intel i7 3770 for sure.

however, they are close. if you choose intel, that comes with extra cost

you have to decide if the marginal performance gain with the intel chip is worth paying the extra $$$ just to get it.

that being said, SOME games perform better on the AMD chip and SOME games perform better on the intel chip. they are all almost too close to call. i can say though that more games will better perform on the intel than the amd

if you make the context out of gaming, the performance margin of the intel would be greater because it is capable of so much more

Intel I7 3770 for the fact that Intel makes better processors and the I7 is the best processor out there

I think AMD is better for gaming!
