    Pairs of opposite angles are equal in measure in a parallelogram, so

    2x + 2(2x - 30) = 360

    6x = 420

    x = 70 degrees

    parrallelogram is a 4 sided shape with 2 sets of sides of the same length

    therefore can assume that angle A=Angle C and angle b=angle D

    there is a total of 360 degrees in a parallelogram

    so

    x + x + (2x-30) + (2x-30) =360

    6x-60=360

    6x= 420

    x=70 degrees

    angle a and c = 70 degrees

    angle b and d = 110 degrees

    hope that is clear enough

    2 [ 3x - 30 ] = 360

    3x - 30 = 180

    x = 70
