If my opponent uses change of heart, and tributes my monster, does that monster go in my graveyard or my opponents?

I know it wasn't your question but Change of Heart is a banned card so this shouldn't come up. But your monster will go back to your graveyard, it changes control of the monter not the owner.

When a monster is sent to the graveyard, it always goes to the graveyard of the original owner

Cards always go to the graveyard of the person who owns them. The owner of the card is the person whose deck it started the game in.
