    is PA = 4 ???

    if it's then --->4(4+2r)=5(12) ---> r = ..

    PA*AB=PC*CD according to Intersecting Secants Theorem

    AB=2r (r is radius) PA=4-r PC=5 DC=7

    (4-r)*2r=5*7 8r-2r^2=35 and you solve it to find the r .

    Hope it helps :)
