What is the best way to have sex without an erection?

My boyfriend has ED due to type 1 diabetes. We fool around and have sex but I always have to be on top. Wondering if anyone with experience or knowledge can offer some advice. Thanks in advance.

Very sorry to hear about your problems. It is common among diabetes both type 1 and type 2 having erectile dysfunction.

Diabetes can affect a man’s sex life by causing erectile dysfunction (ED), means man cannot have or keep an erection. ED used to be call as impotence. Visit the resource for useful information.

Type 1 Diabetes should not effect your erection that much if his sugar is controlled, tell him to ask the doctor for some ED medication

First of all, it is not necessary to have an erection to have an orgasm and ejaculation. The sex act is happening in the brain, not the penis. It is difficult to maintain penetration without an erection. Not impossible , but difficult. It requires a large flaccid penis. Rarely does orgasm happen without some movement or friction.

There is only oral or mutual masturbation, if he cannot get an erection naturally, see if your doctor will prescribe him some legal viagra, do not try buying it off the internet because most on the internet is fake and dangerous, I wish you well and hope that this is of some help to you..

    Masturbation, oral sex, touching etc.

Having sex doesn't require erection, but it can get difficult especially if your boyfriend isn't fond of having dildo or anal plug in his ***. (Yes, some straight men love it too).

You can also just talk with doctor if it would be possible to use viagra or sex drug that's called poppers (Drug which contains alkyl nitrites that you sniff and causes men to have erection and/or increase of sexual appetite).

Poppers is although bit dangerous as you can get addicted to it and using it too much can cause heart attack (alkyl nitrites is also used in heart and blood pressure medicines).

You can just keep doing what you are doing if both of you enjoy it and actually you shouldn't try to change your sex life as long as both of you are happy about sex life you have now

You can find an excellent discussion of the role of performance anxiety in erectile dysfunction written by a recognized Canadian sex therapist with 40 years of practice experience, Dr. Sy Silverberg M.D. His website which deals primarily with premature ejaculation offers many free tips.

Oral sex and masturbation are the only things that come to mind. If he goes to the doctor, I'm almost certain that he can get a prescription for Viagra or medication similar to it.
