whats wrong with my sky tv?

when I turn my tv on it just shows the listings and no picture then goes black ,

    Could be a problem with your dish rather than the actual box,we had the exact same problem once and a part needed replacing on our dish it cost us £60 that was around 3 years ago and we have not had any problems since,so i suggest you contact sky to come and have a look to see what needs doing as either way sky will need to be called out.

    The box is buggered. Ask Sky for a replacement.
