I can not turn it off, it blows out hot air all the time. Where should I look first?

Yep, heater control valve, its stuck in the hot position, common fault, its behind the centre of the engine on the bulkhead panel, 2 hoses going to it, and 2 out the back of it with an electrical connection, remove and replace it, about £25 for a new one, take you 20mins to fit that, job done, good luck

Personally I have had 2 heater control valves fail within 2 months of each other. They were patern parts so the last one I bought was a proper Ford one and that lasted until I sold the car. Get someone to turn the ignition on and you should hear the valve open and close as a self test.

Heater control valve is a common fault on these - the one that sets the heat of the water going through the heater core I believe.
