Skyrim dragonborn and dawnguard?

Hello, if i install Dragonborn and Dawnguard DLC's to The elders scrolls: Skyrim will the game work with both DLC's? Or do i have to keep changing everytime i want to play other Dlc?

    I have both and I personally preferred the dragonborn expansion. Hope this helped ;)

    You can have all 3 of the DLC for the game (including Hearthfie) running in the game at the same time. Each of them bring in new elements that combine with the original game to make the huge game of Skyrim even bigger.

    There in game and there well be new locations activated and yes you can use them at the same time
