How to tell if someone has stomach cancer?
Earlier in April,after a huge fight, my mom told me she had stomach cancer. I really had no reason to doubt her until I cam home and noticed a few things. I looked up the symptoms and she seems to not be exhibiting any of them. Also, she hasn't mentioned anything about it in a long time. I even took her to the doctor for a routine check up and she mentioned nothing to her. I have this horrible feeling she is lying to me. I'm hoping that she is just hiding everything really well.

Stomach cancer tends to progress quickly. If she really had it, she would have had surgery or be having chemotherapy now if she was going to have it treated.

Hopefully she is lying to you, even though that would be so incredibly screwed up
Really the only way you can tell is through medical diagnostics
You can't look at her and know if she has cancer or not

Her surgery would have been the first clue she had cancer.
If you have to question whether you mother is telling the truth you have far bigger problems than this.
